Nestled in Surfside Shores, Gulf Pearl combines contemporary design with thoughtful amenities. This 1,040-square-foot home offers exclusive beach access just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for relaxing vacations or exploring the Gulf Coast.

Outdoor Spaces

Three distinct outdoor areas provide ample space to unwind and entertain. The main-level deck features comfortable seating and a dining table for two. The fenced patio includes a temperature-controlled cocktail pool, lounge chairs, and a gas fire pit, creating a private oasis. Beneath the house, a shaded area offers a high-top dining table and grilling station, perfect for casual meals. The decks provide views of the lush surroundings with a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf.

Spacious Interiors

The open-concept living area is both inviting and functional. The living room features a leather sofa, a fireplace, and a flat-screen smart TV with YouTube TV and a Sonos soundbar. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a K-cup coffee maker, tea kettle, and essentials for meal prep. A West Elm dining table with bench seating for four completes the space.

Comfortable Accommodations

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, private access to the southern-facing porch, and a half bath with butcher block shelving. The guest bedroom, located on the opposite side, features a king bed and a walk-in closet. A full bath with a shower/tub combo is located in the hallway, with additional storage in the medicine cabinet.

Additional Amenities

The ground level features a versatile space with a second fridge, washer and dryer, and a half bath. This area doubles as a kitchenette and workout area. Guests also have access to a Weber propane grill for outdoor cooking.

Prime Location

Located a short drive from downtown Gulf Shores, Beats Working is close to dining, shopping, and entertainment while maintaining a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. The scenic drive along Highway 180 offers a beautiful introduction to this coastal retreat.

Guest Access

Guests are granted full access to the entirety of the home, with the exception of one locked locker closet situated on the ground level.

Fire Pit Access
The fire pit is secured and not available for use during the summer and hurricane season. For safety and liability reasons, the gas to that area has been turned off, and the space has been covered and winterized. Thanks so much for understanding! Gas service to the hot water and stovetop remains fully active—only the fire pit is off.

Exterior Security Camera
The one security camera on the property is in place to help protect both the home and our guests. It’s motion-activated and records video and audio, but it does not monitor any interior spaces or guest hangout areas. There are no interior cameras or interior noise sensors.

Exterior Camera Location:

• Mounted on the east side of the home, it faces only the pool’s heater, cooler, pump, and other equipment. It does not face the pool or any guest areas and is solely in place to protect that high-value equipment.

Beach Information

Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico differs greatly from pool swimming. Guests are urged to respect the water’s strength and protect local marine life. Riptides are a concern, so please stay vigilant about water conditions. Check tide and weather updates before entering the Gulf. Protecting Wildlife and Preserving Nature

Our vacation rentals are near nature preserves, home to diverse wildlife. Please watch your step and avoid disturbing creatures like snakes, rabbits, coyotes, and more. Leave beach equipment off the shore overnight to protect nesting sea turtles, especially during their May to October nesting season. It’s crucial to respect sea turtles, as disturbing them or their nests is a federal offense. Avoid leaving beach gear or bright lights on the beach overnight, as they disorient baby turtles. Help preserve our endangered species. For recycling on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, guests must take items to the firehouse by Sassy Bass Market. The facility accepts aluminum, cardboard, and plastic; glass is not accepted.

Beach Equipment

At Beats Working, we don’t provide beach gear like chairs or umbrellas at our beach homes. However, we do offer beach towels, and we can connect you with trusted rental companies for all your beach needs. Check your check-in message for details.

Reservation Length

Kindly be aware that our listing is not available for ‘Instant Book’ as we carefully manage our reservation calendar. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to decline reservations if the requested length of stay does not align with our standards for that specific time period.

Getting Around

Guests have the option to walk to the beach or rent a golf cart, with contact information provided upon reserving the home. Uber services are available in our area, and we’re happy to recommend a local driver for guests preferring direct booking.
