In 2013, Beats Working was born from a simple yet profound dream: to blend the joys of work and life by the water. It all began in New Orleans, where our founders managed their first property in the vibrant, culturally rich streets of the Crescent City. Inspired by the power of meaningful getaways, they envisioned creating spaces where guests could relax, connect, and create unforgettable memories.
THE EMERALD COAST
After early success in New Orleans, Beats Working expanded to the stunning white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, where turquoise waters meet a vibrant coastal lifestyle. This milestone marked a turning point in our journey, as we curated a carefully selected portfolio of vacation homes designed to inspire and delight. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere and rich natural beauty, the Emerald Coast quickly became synonymous with relaxation and rejuvenation. Over the years, this vibrant destination has grown into a cornerstone of our offerings, reflecting our commitment to creating unforgettable experiences in breathtaking locations.
MOUNTAIN RETREATS
In the fall of 2021, Beats Working expanded into the Southern Smoky Mountains, where rolling peaks, winding rivers, and charming mountain towns create an idyllic backdrop for escape. In the fall of 2026, we took the next step in our journey by purchasing a home in Blue Ridge, Georgia, allowing us to split our time between the Gulf Coast and the North Georgia mountains. As our mountain presence evolves, we are focusing our growth in Blue Ridge and the surrounding North Georgia area. Known for its long-range views, four-season beauty, and welcoming small-town spirit, this region offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation—an ideal setting as we continue to thoughtfully expand our portfolio.
INSPIRED TRAVELS
Over the past few years, we’ve explored Florida’s Gold Coast, the Keys, St. Pete, Indian Rocks Beach, and St. Augustine, experiencing the diverse coastal lifestyles that make each area unique. From the vibrant energy of the Keys to the laid-back charm of St. Augustine, these travels have given us fresh perspective on design, hospitality, and what makes a stay truly memorable. While we don’t manage homes in these regions, the inspiration we’ve gathered along the way has directly influenced how we style, furnish, and curate each Beats Working property—always with the goal of creating spaces that feel both comfortable and unforgettable.
