The Space

Eagle’s View is designed for relaxed mountain living, with a layout that balances open gathering areas and private retreats. The main level features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining space that flows seamlessly onto expansive decks, creating an easy indoor-outdoor experience centered around the views. On the terrace level, a game room with a pool table and adjacent bunk room provides a dedicated space for kids and teens, while outdoor areas and a private yard offer even more room to spread out and enjoy the setting.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the exterior shed and a locked owner’s closet located under the stairs.

The property is equipped with an exterior security camera to support guest safety and peace of mind. The camera is motion-activated and records video and audio. It is positioned outdoors only and does not capture any interior spaces. Please review the details below for a complete outline of our security features. For clarity, we do not have any interior cameras or interior noise-monitoring devices.

This property is equipped with a self-check-in system, allowing you to arrive at your convenience anytime after the designated check-in time. We’re available via phone or messaging if you need anything during your stay.

Other things to note

Quiet Hours & Exterior Lighting

Our neighborhood is a full-time residential mountain community. Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM. Sounds travel on the mountain top. We ask that all music is taken inside (or turned way down) after 10 PM. Please use the dimmers for the exterior lights and do not leave the lights on overnight. Turning the exterior lights to the “off” mode by 10 PM is preferred. If you violate quiet hours and we receive complaints from our neighbors, we will terminate your stay early without a refund. Please do NOT leave the northern facing floodlight on overnight as it shines in our neighbor’s bedroom window. If you want to leave on an exterior light, leave on the front porch light instead.

Accepting Packages

Eagle’s Nest does not have a mailbox, so we cannot accept packages from USPS. If you need to have an item shipped, please ensure that it is shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please contact us to arrange special delivery for items that can only be delivered via USPS.

Pet Policy

• Pet-Friendly with Approval: Pets are welcome with prior host approval. Weight limits apply, and all pets must be disclosed before booking.
• Pet Requirements: Approved pets must be on current flea and tick prevention for the duration of the stay.
• Furniture & Bedding: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds at any time.
• Respectful Use of the Home: This is a well-cared-for mountain home. We ask guests to treat it with care so it can be enjoyed by everyone.

Reservation Length

Kindly be aware that our listing is not available for ‘Instant Book’ as we carefully manage our reservation calendar. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to decline reservations if the requested length of stay does not align with our standards for that specific time period.

Getting Around

All roads leading to Eagle’s Nest are fully paved, making your drive smooth and stress-free. A four-wheel drive vehicle is not necessary, so guests can enjoy easy access year-round.

Guests primarily rely on their vehicles for transportation during their stay. However, for those who prefer to book with a local driver, we’re delighted to provide recommendations and assistance in arranging transportation directly with trusted drivers in the area. Whether you’re looking for a convenient ride to explore local attractions or need transportation for special events, we’re here to ensure your travel needs are met with ease and convenience.
