⭐️ BEACH INFO & SAFETY ⭐️
Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico is very different from pool swimming. Please respect the strength of the water and stay aware of current conditions. Rip currents can occur, so we recommend checking weather and surf updates before entering. For daily beach flags and conditions, text ALBEACHES to 888-777. We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. Beach towels are included, and we’re happy to connect you with local rental companies—details will be shared in your check-in message.

⭐️ RESORT ACCESS & AMENITIES ⭐️
Guests enjoy full access to the condo, including the expansive Gulf-facing balcony and all interior living spaces. The pools and hot tub are just steps away, along with direct access to the beach. Please note that from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the East Pool is restricted to guests 21 and older. Charcoal grills and open green spaces are available throughout the resort for guest use. Additional amenities within the resort—including the clubhouse, indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and pickleball—may be available for purchase directly through the resort. Free on-site parking is available, though fees and policies are subject to change per resort guidelines.

⭐️ WILDLIFE & NATURE ⭐️
Our homes are located near natural preserves, where wildlife is part of the experience. You may encounter animals such as birds, rabbits, snakes, and occasionally coyotes—please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid disturbing any wildlife. Sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During this time, please do not leave beach equipment or bright lights on the beach overnight, as this can disrupt nesting and hatchlings. Sea turtles and their nests are protected, and it is important to respect these guidelines.

⭐️ PET POLICY ⭐️
This is a pet-free home, and we do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and Airbnb policies. While advance notice is not required, we do appreciate a heads-up prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in experience. In accordance with guidelines, we may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform. All service animals must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival. Failure to complete registration may result in fines issued directly to the guest. Service animals must be housebroken, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.

⭐️ DELIVERIES & PACKAGES ⭐️
The condo does not have a mailbox and cannot receive packages delivered via USPS. If you need to ship items ahead of your stay, please use UPS or FedEx. For items that can only be delivered through USPS, please contact us in advance to coordinate special arrangements.

Instant Book may be enabled for select dates. We carefully manage our calendar to ensure the best guest experience and may review certain reservations prior to confirmation.
