These terms apply to your use of beatsworking.com, run by Beats Working Vacations, LLC (“Beats Working”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Bookings happen on Airbnb
This website shows the vacation homes we manage. It does not take reservations or payments. Every stay is booked, paid for and confirmed on Airbnb, under Airbnb’s terms and the listing’s own house rules, cancellation policy and fees. If anything on this site differs from the Airbnb listing, the Airbnb listing applies.
Information on this site
We work to keep home details, photos, amenities and descriptions accurate, but they can change and may contain mistakes. In particular:
- Availability calendars come from Airbnb and update every few hours, so they can be behind. They show booked dates only, not prices or minimum stays. Airbnb confirms your dates when you book.
- Photos show each home at the time they were taken. Furniture, decor and views may change.
- Nearby places, distances and area information are a general guide.
Using the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as planning a stay or contacting us. Please do not:
- Copy, scrape or republish our photos, text or listings without written permission.
- Try to get into parts of the site you are not authorized to use, or interfere with how the site works.
- Send false information, spam or harmful content through our forms.
Owner portal
The owner portal is for homeowners whose homes we manage. Keep your login private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used it. Documents in the portal are provided for your records; contact us if anything looks wrong. We may end portal access when a management agreement ends. Your management agreement with us governs our services; these terms do not change it.
Our content
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Beats Working or the people who license them to us. The Beats Working name and logo may not be used without our permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to Airbnb, Google Maps, social media and other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Beats Working is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have under your Airbnb booking or under laws that cannot be waived.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you share through this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
