This policy explains what information Beats Working Vacations, LLC (“Beats Working”, “we”, “us”) collects through beatsworking.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. When you book one of our homes, the booking happens on Airbnb, and Airbnb’s own privacy policy covers that.
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the topic you choose, and your message.
- Email list. If you sign up for our emails, your email address and any details you choose to share.
- Owner portal. If you own a home we manage, your account details (name, email address, login) and the documents we share with you, such as statements, reservations summaries and receipts.
We do not take bookings or payments on this website, so we never receive your card details here.

How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to help you and for our records. Owner portal accounts and documents stay for as long as we manage the home and for a reasonable time after, as our records require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and owner documents are only available to the owner they belong to, after signing in. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Children
This site is meant for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
