Each bedroom offers a serene retreat with ceiling fans, upscale bedding, and coastal views. The primary suite features a private en-suite half bathroom, creating a comfortable space to unwind. Large three-panel sliding doors make the bedroom feel like a treehouse—wake up to the soft, gorgeous pastels of the coastal sky.

Step inside to a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area filled with natural light from large sliding doors. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and handcrafted wood trim add warmth and character throughout the space. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for entertaining, featuring modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig (K-Cup) machine, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals for family and friends. Enjoy dining together at the table or gather at the bar for a more casual setting. The living room centers around a cozy gas fireplace and a large smart TV, making it the perfect place for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring.
⭐️ OUTDOOR LIVING & AMENITIES ⭐️
The upper outdoor deck is the perfect place to take in the serene views of the surrounding scrub oak and local wildlife while enjoying the Gulf breeze on your face. Relax in the seating area with a sofa, ottoman, and oversized chairs, or enjoy a quiet meal at the table for two. The terrace level features a propane grill (propane included) and a granite counter-height table with seating for four—perfect for firing up the BBQ and gathering for a relaxed coastal meal. The spacious sun deck offers plenty of room for kids to play, and with the beach just a short walk away, enjoying the water is effortless. It also features a cocktail pool, heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. The sun patio also includes a gas fireplace (operational October 15th through March 15th). The pool temperature is regulated based on weather conditions, and we are not able to accommodate special temperature requests. For safety and proper operation, guests should not adjust the pool equipment. The pool also includes an additional blower feature, creating a spa-like experience when in use.

Nestled in the charming Surfside Shores community, Gulf Pearl offers a peaceful coastal escape with private beach access just a short stroll away. This small, quaint neighborhood is known for its quiet, winding beach roads and family-friendly atmosphere, making it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the coast. Spend your mornings walking the beach, spotting dolphins in the distance, and your afternoons watching birds and butterflies drift through the natural, scenic surroundings. It’s a laid-back setting that feels tucked away, yet still close to everything.
You’re just a 15-minute drive to Gulf Shores and about 20 minutes to The Wharf for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Local Fort Morgan favorites like Selah’s Coffee & Ice Cream Shop, Jesse’s on the Bay, and The Cold Hole are nearby and perfect for an easy outing.
With beautiful scenery, wildlife, and easy access to the best of the area, Surfside Shores offers the ideal balance of relaxation and convenience.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
⭐️ BEACH INFO & SAFETY ⭐️
Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico is very different from pool swimming. Please respect the strength of the water and stay aware of current conditions. Rip currents can occur, so we recommend checking weather and surf updates before entering. For daily beach flags and conditions, text ALBEACHES to 888-777. We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. Beach towels are included, and we’re happy to connect you with local rental companies—details will be shared in your check-in message.
⭐️ ACCESS & PROPERTY DETAILS ⭐️
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, outdoor decks, and the spacious yard. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a smart TV, and multiple areas designed for relaxing and gathering throughout your stay. Beach access is just a short 0.2-mile walk via designated neighborhood walkovers within the Surfside Shores community. There are two convenient access points—one located in the center of the neighborhood and another at a similar distance on the quieter side of the community—making it easy to enjoy the sand and water throughout the day. The home is located in a residential beach community, and for everyone’s safety and privacy, guests must use the designated beach access points and should not walk between or beneath neighboring beachfront homes, as those areas are private property. There is one exterior security camera mounted on the east side of the home, directed only toward the pool equipment (heater, cooler, pump, etc.). It does not face the pool or any guest areas and is solely in place to monitor and protect that equipment.
⭐️ WILDLIFE & NATURE ⭐️
Our homes are located near natural preserves, where wildlife is part of the experience. You may encounter animals such as birds, rabbits, snakes, and occasionally coyotes—please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid disturbing any wildlife. Sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During this time, please do not leave beach equipment or bright lights on the beach overnight, as this can disrupt nesting and hatchlings. Sea turtles and their nests are protected, and it is important to respect these guidelines.
⭐️ PET POLICY ⭐️
This is a pet-free home, and we do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and Airbnb policies. While advance notice is not required, we do appreciate a heads-up prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in experience. In accordance with guidelines, we may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform. All service animals must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival. Failure to complete registration may result in fines issued directly to the guest. Service animals must be housebroken, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
⭐️ DELIVERIES & PACKAGES ⭐️
This beach house has a mailbox and can receive packages delivered via USPS. If you plan to ship items ahead of your stay, UPS and FedEx are also acceptable delivery options. For time-sensitive deliveries or special arrangements, please contact us in advance to ensure smooth delivery.
